    法国大餐

    法国大餐必备字


     
    法餐中有“三宝”,此说法虽不见经传,但在人们口口相传已久。传统意义上的“法餐三宝”大多是指蜗牛、鹅肝和牡蛎。不过,Gaddis法国餐厅的主厨Patrick Pontoizeau并不守旧,他大胆地将巴尔扎克与莫泊桑反复赞颂过的牡蛎改为龙虾,因为蜗牛、鹅肝和龙虾正是最适合女性享用的“法餐三宝”。
